Request for pictures

Hi all,
As spring has been delayed here in Ontario and us "northern" boaters will have to wait a little longer to resume our waterborne activities, how about posting your favourite pictures from last season to hold us over. Can be anything boating related, great anchorage, memorable moment, family fun or what have you.

I'll start it off. These were all taken in my home waters of Georgian Bay, Ontario.

Any chance we can just rename this thread "Awesome pics by Planealternative" and you keep posting incredible pics like those

We are planning a North Channel trip for July and those pic's are getting me really excited!!

Wow, those are awesome. I know Georgian Bay can get pretty rough sometimes.

Oh come on guys/gals... thanks for the nice comments but there must be some photos you'd like to share from your adventures. I was't trying to start any kind of competition, just wanted to see how and where everyone else boats.

Quick story....
I've been trying to capture lightning on camera all my life and have never been successful until this particular afternoon in Little Current on Manitoulin Island, Georgian Bay. Every strike was a double one meaning, it would strike and then a split second later would strike again in the exact same spot. I'd never seen anything like it so I quickly grabbed the camera and hit the shutter button on each first flash effectively capturing the second every time.

I've attached a few more from the same storm.
