Wow. Nice job.
I am getting ready to rip out my VDO gauge pack from my 1995 Horizon 200. It's just junk.
I know that yours is not exactly like mine, but give me an idea of what you went though and maybe I can do something similar to get a replacement for mine.

Again, great job!

all i did was cut a piece of ply wood to fit the original dash opening. I then fiberglassed the ply wood to the dash, sanded, then skim coated it with bondo and sanded smooth. The color on it is good old spray paint.

You can also use a piece of carbon fiber or thick textured plastic in a color of your choosing...a set of circular fine tooth drill bits from home depot and sandpaper to edge out holes....I've seen satin finish stainless but too shiny in sun for me...not to mention hotter than hell and expensive.

remi_357, what is the gauge just to the upper right of the oil gauge?
Also, what is the Hawkeye gauge to the right of this cluster?
Thanks.

The gauges are oil, temp, speed, tach, volts, fuel, trim, hours. The hawk eye gauge is the depth finder
