OK Folks, I have a question. I have not picked up my new H210SS from the marina yet, but in all my reading in the "supposed" Owners Manual, I have not found out where the switch for the Quick & Quiet exhaust option is? Yes, I asked the dealer, and he didn't know either, but thought that it must be one of the "2" ACCESSORY switches on the helm. There is one to the left and one to the right of the steering wheel. Until I get it in the water, I guess I won't know for sure...if even then... unless someone on the forum can give me a good idea. I would think that the switch would be in the same place as it has been the last few years, but with the 2012 model being completely new, who knows? Anyone know based on your boat?

Yes, I know you need photos! But until I pick it up, find a cool background setting, you will just have to take a deep breathe and wait like me. I have to wait until the dang spring rains stop so I can find some sunshine! I will say that it is pretty cool, and even nicer than the pictures I have had to go on myself until it came in. We will have her in the lake on June 15th. Until then, The wife and I will be polishing, exploring, and finding storage places for all the "fun stuff" we have been collecting for our new boat since last fall!

Mine was set up as Acc1- CC; Acc2- Docking lights (both are to the right of my steering wheel). I think that would be standard.

Before you even start it up, cycle the CC a few times to make sure the actuators are running through there full stroke, and not hanging up. Once in use, don't switch above about 1000-1500 RPM. This will help them close better in the long run.

Thanks for the good info Walt. I think I read somewhere that you should cycle the valves several times to make sure they are opening and closing to the max, but I needed the reminder. :D

You'd kinda think that Four Winns would bother to tell owners how to operate their new boat/accessories? I don't know why I'd think that though, as they don't even make or offer a mooring cover for my boat! In my mind, someone at F/W wet the bed here. How do I protect my new boat investment? Oh, I know...just buy a "new" one when the other is damaged.

I've used these guys for new switch covers that better label things. I'm not sure if the new SS uses contora switches but most likely does. Make sure to buy the tool, it takes the switch covers off effortlessly

Exhaust.. this one has a lens but you might need one with no lens, or two lesnes... just search

Thanks for your info too, Rick. My boat has toggle switches, and not the rockers like you suggested. The boat has the toggles installed on right and left of the helm, but there is no label for the CC or the docking lights, it just says ACCESSORY.

Thanks for all your input folks. I obviously will "learn" what is where. I'm just not use to the "try, and then guess" method of finding things out.

Sooo Bad
