Ok so my dealer was suppose to put a new speedo tube on our vista last season when we bought it and they never did. And they always forget all the times it's been out since. I'm tired of asking them so I think I'm just gonna do it.
My question is, is there any way to add one while the boats in the water? I noticed that the line going in to the hull is above the water line so that helps.

I suppose you could though it would be easier to do it out of water. There are 3 screws that hold in the tube, you need to seal those screw holes but there are sealers that can be used and applied under water.
