Post subject:  Lake Michigan Temp change
Experienced first hand the rapid change in water temp on Lake Michigan. Sunday night at 8pm the lake was 75 degrees. Wonderful temp given the heat. Tuesday night, same time at night, jumped in and the family jewels went deep inside hiding for cover and the short man, got even shorter. Got back into boat and looked at my water temp on Lowrance, 60.5 !!!! Same spot on the lake, 48 hours later 15 degrees colder....

That's from those 5-8 waves we had monday! North winds are a very bad thing for us on the south end :(

75 in Lake Michigan??? We're only 78 here in FL in our lakes.

Our surface temp is 88 today.
