Wow it is amazing how scary those pictures are. Hard to believe what some would consider to be acceptable.

scary chuckles...everyone likes music and boating..those pictures make you wonder how safe some overamplifed, over the top stereo systems are. thanks for sharing

Great examples of natural selection at it prime...I reminds me of an "electrical engineer" neighbor (really that is not a joke) who was so complacient he used marette connectors to join his 240 volt hot tub wires (outside ofcourse) non GFCI protected I may add, so he could have a winter party in his newly aquired hot tub. The connections were made where the stairs are located where the deck "will be extended as a boardwalk" meaning everyone who entered or exited the hottub was stepping on the snow covered wires...although not wanting to miss a good party I had to make up a lame excuse why I could not attend after explaining the true importance of protecting the stupid people from themselves by properly protecting, and sealing the wires and installing a GFCI circuit. Truly I was just too disgusted to condone the mentality of my over certified pompus a@#$%&e neighbor. Atleast, though insulted, he did take necessary steps to correct prior to the party.
