I've been doing it wrong this whole time. I never knew you were supposed to lift the boat with the outdrive when beached.

You can only beach in that manner after the boat has been broken in.....you can break your boat in by sitting in on top of a totally incorrect size trailer as in the prior photo.

The too short trailer is all part of the plan. The hull bows up when beached with the oudrive down so the short trailer lets it sag down to normal position. :P

And I've always beached BOW IN. If I woulda known, I could have saved a ton by not needing a bow ladder.

That pic could have only been better with a couple of tubes on the beach tied to the boat!
