I have a2012 h200ss with low profile windshield and also have elite 5 gps unit that I would like to install but can't decide where to mount it. I had though of making up a mount to go on the wind shield strut but not really sure any ideas |

Not much area to mount one on that boat like you said. You could add the mount either just to the left of your switches, or if it fits, to the right above the radio. Or rig it up so the mount can be in the cubby, with the GPS outside of it. Or down low on the right side kick panel by the speaker.

The big thing is I would like it in my line of site. I have seen some mounted in the cubby on the left side kind of useless unless your laying on the floor. |
