I cannot help a lot, but last winter installed a similar system after overheating an engine and then rebuilding it.
I put in a temperature switch, the same buzzer, and an LED light in the gauge cluster.
In my mind the biggest problem is where to put the sensors.
On my engine -- an EFI engine -- all the normal locations seemed to be used.
I ended up putting the temp sensor in place of a large plug on the water pump itself --
I am not sure if this is a good location and have my doubts.
Good luck on yours.
