So pulled boat home to do a quick draining before the freeze - I look down and a bezel is laying on floor of boat -- pick it up and go -- uhmmm? the look at dash and the engine multi gauge is laying behind dash. It looks like the bezel failed, basically busted and fell off. dammit -- wonder if I can send to Faria? anyone have any history with them regarding support? It is 7 years old - but feel that this is a failure as others seem fine. now I need to label all the damn wires and document the connections.

My experience is that Faria has excellent customer service.

I believe they have a link on their site for gauge repairs. I sent my speedo in when it had a bunch of salt crystals in it and they replaced it - I think it cost me $15....

Same experience for me; they will replace it with a new one for a standard fee for the instrument type. I am very impressed with their warranty and service.
