i have a guest 20 amp 3 bank battery charger . It wasnt working so i took it out found top fuse wire loose re soldered. its getting 17 off each terminal not attached to a battery . hook 1 battery up to one leg reading from battery not getting more than 12 -13 read other 2 terminals while still hooked to 1 battery reads 14 .5 on each . is charger toast or is it like a trickle charger spreading the 20 amps to all legs |

No it will not. Switch off = no power If you have a 3 bank 20amp charger it will most likely be 5-5-10 amp output. |

Well then the switch is not wired properly. How many wires do you have on the batteries? Let's get back to your original problem which is? |
