Optima Blue Top. Love them. Make sure your charger is for gel cells first. Been in rough conditions while boating and never worry about the batteries like the wet cells I've had. Going on 4th year we had this boat and all three held a charge all winter stored in the with garage no charging at all. I checked voltage about once a month and the readings never dropped below 12.5. That's were I would of charged to keep at full charge.

Took a little out of the cell that appeared to be too full and left the charger on it for the last few days. Still not taking a full charge. Checked it this morning and one of the other cells was low to the point that the plates are exposed. Going to pick up two new ones I think. Even if I got it to charge I don't trust it now.
I plan to do some island hopping this summer and would rather not take the chance of it failing in the middle of lake Michigan.
