Anyone have any thoughts on how I would run LED's through the bow rail on my 318? Looking similar to the new 458? Probably been asked here already can't seem to find any similar question. Would it not be worth the hassle? Looks cool though. Thanks!

There is a post here on someone doing in on their 248. I believe it is Woggy but not sure. I'm sure they will chime in if you don't find it via the search tool first.

I'm installing single LED downlights in the railing every 2 feet or so.

It was planetalternative doing the bow rail LED's on his 298 Vista. Scroll down on page one to find it.

I bought some leds and am in the process of doing it, along with a hundred other things to try and get the boat wet on Friday. I will probably do it while the boat is in the slip. if I am successful, I will post pics and how I did it.

What else you got going on 248Vista? Looking forward to seeing how that project of the bow lights pans out for you! Good Luck.

The only other major project this year was the bottom paint. We moved from fresh to salt water. Had to sand, barrier and paint. Also had to do the drive as well. We spent the whole weekend in the new slip. Didnt really get out yet, it was a little windy up here, but we had a great time.
