This was probaby already talked about previously but couldn't find a similar issue. My speedo works above 20 as accurate as it can be but won't drop below 20. I pulled the tube off the back of the speedo and tryed to blow through but seemed like air wouldn't flow so I used the pump I have to fill my inflatables and still nothing. Not sure if it needs to be replaced. Any suggestions?

Pitot tube speedos are notoriously inaccurate at lower speeds - you simply do not get enough water pressure to move the needle. Below about 20kph (10 knots) mine is fairly useless, so I always use my GPS for measuring speed - fast or slow it's always accurate.

Do you know if you can test the speedo on the trailer just to make sure its working. Like, turning on engine and putting pressure on the back sensor. Will the cause the speedo to move / speed up? Just wondering because my speedo didn't work out in the water.

If it's a pitot type speedo, the engine does not need to be running; it's purely a mechaniclal conection via a tube. Applying air pressure at the tube end should make it work.

If it's not a pitot type, there would be a paddle wheel on the transom; that type does need the ignition on.
