 Post subject: Tachometer Problem

I just bought a 2002 Horizon 180. The tach works up to 2500 rpm and then won't go higher as the speed increases. Do I need to replace the tach? If so, where is the best place to purchase one (Faria)?

Look up the Faria lifetime warranty on their website; one of the best warranty services I've ever coma across. I had my tachometer changed under that warrranty. same symptoms as your's.
