If you have power to the pump and a faucet is open so pressure is down, but the pump doesn't come on, my guess is that you need a pump. Using the voltmeter across the two wires at the pump should confirm that you have 12 volts (+) and ground (-) connections. You might try the "personally gratifying" technique of tapping or smacking it with a tool of your choice, but even if that works I would not want to rely on it

As with anything electrical on a boat, there is a possibility that you have a poor connection that allows you to read voltage but bad connections will not carry any significant current. Check wiring and connections. Hope you enjoy your 268 as much as we do ours.
