Hi Four Winns people. I would like to say a very big thank you to Burt Lake Marina, Michigan. Particularly to Ryan in the spare parts building. I had an issue in trying to obtain a new aft canvas cover for my 05 sundowner 245 which the Australian distributors told me was impossible to find due to the colour (Sandstone). I quickly got on the phone and called Four Winns direct and spoke to Ray (Customer Service) who referred me to Burt Lake Marina. Rang Burt Lake Marina, and spoke to Ryan who was very helpful and prompt in getting back to me with details regarding canvas cover and availability. This is my first time dealing with an overseas party and I am very impressed. Try them out if you haven't as yet. |
