Duffle bag for bimini top side panels?

Does anyone make a large enough duffle or other type of storage page to hold the side panels from the bimini top?

I'd like to get something to hold the panels from the top on our 348 Vista. I'd be fine with there being more than one bag. Some of the pieces roll up well enough to fit into a 30" long bag but others need nearly 48". Those forward side panels (triangular shaped) are really pretty long unless you roll them up against the direction of the rubber gasket.

Anyone know of a source? Or am I going to have to get someone to make 'em for me? If so, got suggestions on who to use?

not sure if this will help you, but these guys make mash bags up to 46"...

Why do you want them in a bag? For winter storage only ?

If we go out and want to bring 'em along (one doesn't argue the admiral's logic sometimes) they're generally in the way. We end up with about three rolls (there's 10 side curtain pieces), all on the forward berth. Besides being in the way and the rolls working loose, they can be a bit dirty. So having some sort of bag to store them would help. That and it'd give me a place to stow the old flannel sheet pieces we use to keep the plastic from getting rubbed too much.

I see. I'm not familiar with the storage on a 348. But on our 268, we store them under the aft cabin berth, in the storage space that is built in. It's a big area that fits all the canvas, beach umbrella, chairs and other smaller items as well.

There's plenty of space for stowing things in the 348's cockpit. Under the stern, starboard seats and the port lounger. The starboard seat is usually where I keep the bimin and cockpit covers. The curtains can be made to fit in there as well. I'd just like to have a bag of some sort that makes it less of a hassle and helps guard against damage. Given how expense the top is I'd like to be as careful with it as is reasonable.

I picked up a couple of large canvass duffle bag at my local Army/Navy surpluss store. They were cheap, canvass so the won't scratch, and I got one for the cockpit cover and one for the camper canvass. Add bonus was that they are pretty heavy duty.

I would imagine with how thick those panels are, you wouldn't have a choice but to lay them flat. As for me, my panels are pretty thin so I fold each one up in an old bed sheet and then roll it up around an old swim noodle and store them under the cabin settee. Down here in Georgia a thunderstorm can come up on you quick.

I've been looking for a bag also. My dock neighbor who has a Chaparral 350 has a bag that came with the boat. It is tall and thin and has compartments in it, and he just slides his panels into it without rolling them. I was trying to find something similar last summer online, but couldn't. I'm not sure if it is from Chaparral or the previous owner found it. I will ask this weekend.
