Chris, I am not positive since you have an arch and I don't, but I have a similar piece that is used to fold and secure the rear bow of the bimini and canvas up against the next bow forward. The idea is that the captain can look and feel cool in the shade of the bimini  , but guests in the rear seat can have sun.

That's exactly where that goes, Thanks Gary!

Now, the last part, the "Four Winns" boot, how/what does that go over.? Doesn't seem big enough to go over all of it.....

I'll have to defer to other 268 owners with an arch. The boot for the non-arch boat covers the complete bimini. I'm not sure if yours covers just the rear half, the front, or all. Generally the "Four Winns" logo is to the rear so the motorist following you can see what brand they are drooling over. 8)

My 2002 268 with arch had two boot covers. One for front Bimini section over the helm and the other for the aft Bimini.

Thanks special k!

Mine is all one piece, it goes under the arch, doesn't attach to it at all. Did you remove part of the top and put all the cloth under the rear boot, and then the front boot just covered the supports. I am trying to figure out how to put this thing away and it doesn't seem to user friendly....

Chris, is your bimini 2 separate pieces that actually attach to the radar arch like the 2004 and later models, or does the bimini go underneath the radar arch like the 1999 - early 2000 models. I'm not sure when Four Winns made the change, but I think it was somewhere in 2002 or 2003.

All one piece, a couple inches below the arch
