Father’s Day came little early for me… SS Arch has been installed on our 260… Also I got a SS flag pole as well as latest trailerable cover. FW finally offers Trailerable Boat Cover for H260 with arch. This cover is the best I have seen as a trailerable cover around … no need for strap…. As usual Winnisquam Marine did a perfect job to install an arch.

I have the same cover Sushi. I love it! I was told by Ryan that I could add the factory arch and the cover would still fit. I may catch up to you yet

And you can pretty much forget towing from the arch with the rear section out. But WHO cares? It looks great! |

I think Koji has the ski pylon as well on the back. Wouldn't be the BEST for wakeboarding - but when you are in a pinch, I am sure it will work just fine. And for tubing and skiing - you'll want the pylon anyways. I think he's got the best of all worlds here... Nice work Koji! |

Although, the rear support poles of this new Bimni are telescoping slides and it allows the Bimini to slide the rear down about 1 foot while using the arch, and it allows the rope enough room to not hit the Bimini fabric. I would continue to use Pylon for Skiing and Tubing I will use for arch for wakeboarding I will take a picture next time we put Bimini up. Either way I have one issue to deal with. I want to ski and wakeboard much but no one seem to want to drive our boat…… I am always be the one stuck behind the wheel  ……….

Nice looking install! The boys at Winnisquam have really set you up with a nice versatile package. Hopefully (passports still pending!) we'll get together again this year and I will drive your boat! |

Flying Sushi Awesome setup and it looks great. I was at winnisquam this past weekend as well just to use my boat in their lake for awhile (checkout the bottom of their homepage on their website). I have the trailering cover as well. I am very happy with it and have towed about 500 miles total with it on so far...mostly highway. It is starting to leave rub marks on the boat (black really shows them) and I am trying to come up with a solution for that, as well as the best way to remove the rub marks that have appeared. Any suggestions anyone? The rub marks are especially apparent where the buckles and ratchet straps are located. But overall its still better than snapping the regular covers down all the time and dealing with black streaks!

slman: I think I saw you driving down I 290 near Worcester Sunday late afternoon… Your SL is something un mistakable….. I use 2” good quality masking take where cover might rub the hull...... I had a good luck with on this method with other covers I had so I am hoping it will work with a new cover. I also cut small padding material for under the retched mechanism area and taped it as well... Unlike duct tape masking tape (higher quality ones) will come out clean. It is little pain to tape every time I tow with cover on but for a long trip I would mind for extra protection. As we speack we are getting ready to make a trip to our Summer house in Upstate New York. |

Masking tape is a good idea...I will give it a try. Where in upstate New York do you go?? Finger Lakes/Lake George/Champlain?? |
