Hello...found a 2007 17.5' NH w/3.0 135HP I/O.
No hour meter
Last two years at marina "dry stack" and storage and service...not seen service records yet
Placed on broker for sale web site last summer while "she" continued to use
Now price dropped to $10,995 and she is not using this summer (at least to date)
Options...detachable radio/snap on cove...bow and cockpit/depth finder/skis/life jackets/looks like snap on carpet.
Pictures of boat are a bit weak but looks clean and marina says "very nice boat"
Values are very elusive to a newbie...local craigslist has same FW model/year/etc (different boat) for $19.9K...may be 4.3 but is not stated in add nor can you see in pictures.
IF boat is very clean
and IF I could independently verify engine "condition"
and IF there is nothing else that is of condition issue or otherwise of concern.....
What are you thoughts on $11K or whatever could be negotiated below that number.
I know the 4.3 and 19' are "better"...but if this was a VERY good deal it might be a great "transition" boat to own and experience and answer many of my "need" and "use" questions????
Assuming the boat and engine check out is the price "OK"..."Good"...or "GREAT"

Thanks in advance...Tom R

http://www.rbyi.com/07-four-winns.htmUPDATE...local FW dealer also has marina and sales on lake about one mile from the marina w/this 2007 for sale. They said would be about $250 to "survey" the 2007. He also told me they just sold a 2008 FW 180 w/4.3 liter (not sure of HP)...just over 100 hours...sold for $19K last week. He did say "retail" book was about $10K on 2007 3.0 but would likely sell for a bit more with options and time of year. Also said it would be difficult to get survey done as they are really busy with getting storage boats in water as well as new sales. We had near record late "ice out" this year and they are on a MAJOR boating lake...TMR
