2000 Horizon 180 Ski & Fish

I am having issues with the removable seats staying clamped into position to the top of the flip top covers for under seat access. This has become a safety issue with more than one person taking a tumble getting into the boat due to the latches not being trustworthy. I am looking for suggestions on how to fix or even an alternative latch style. I think these are just stretched due to age, but cannot seem to find a replacement. I have attempted to adjust and reshape the angles without success. I am attempting to attached pics of the seat and the latch I am referring to. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

We replaced a few of the latches on our fish & ski as some were broken and missing. You can still get them from a Four Winns dealer (don't remember the part number though). They weren't expensive. They're not hard to replace and as long as you have one clamped down, we haven't had any problems with seats flipping over.
