Old thread, same problem. Gas is regular from the gas station or 89 at the marina which still adds 10% ethanol. I just posted a new thread about pump #5 failing...

The ethanol in the fuel is eating the paint inside the fuel cell causing the pumps to get clogged with the paint chips. Send the fuel pump assy over to mancavemechanic to have it removed of all the paint with new pumps. I ordered ones of his replacement units to use while i have my original cell refurbished.
