My names Derrick from southeast Michigan...

I just picked up my first run around. its 87 190 horizon with a 3.0

I'll get some pictures up asap.

I've been around boating forever my dad had a 32' crsitcraft till I was about 14 when we sold it. I've missed being on the water alot over the past few years and decided I should buy somehting for myself instead of hitching rides all the time lol

Hey from the North! Welcome aboard.

Is she a "fixer-upper" or "turnkey"? I have noticed that there seems to be an abundance of this size and vintage boats turning up everywhere I look (ebay, boattrader, here!) You have found a very excellent resource so please ask questions and if you can post pics to help narrow down our "opinion"

Sounds like a sweet kit, especially for a first. Congrats and welcome 8).
Posted it before, but I always think of this video when someone mentions the next generation taking the helm.
