We bought our boat in Mid May 2008. Since I work nearly EVERY Saturday, we only get out once a week. We took a week vacation and it was in the water 4 of those days. We put on 47 hours for the 2008 season. Typically we hit the water and might ski or tube for a short time then head to party cove or elsewhere to tie up and relax. Then its about 20 mins ride back to the dock at cruise speed. If I would drive to the other side of the lake to put in, we would probably have nearly half the hours.

2004 Vista 288 with 465 engine hrs. One year there was no use over the summer because of 3 hurricanes coming over my house. Between the storms and the danger of debris in the waterways afterwards we spent time in the inland lakes. We spent time on the boat that year but just not a lot of engine time.

'04 FW 288 Vista "Mental Floss"

We start going out mid April a few times depending on weather, and then it's almost every weekend through mid Oct. Haven't paid a lot of attention to hours, but we leave the dock early on Sat. and come back Sun night or Mon. am.
