Hi.
I live in Miami Florida, I have 20' horizon from 1990 with 5.8 V8 ford OMC Cobra, but here in Miami peoples like outboard.
I like to see yours coments about...... in or out.

It depends on what you are doing with it....if you are mooring or slipping in salt water...an outboard is much less work....esp in the warm Fla waters....marine growth is a major issue with IOs and the antifouling paints will not work the whole season even here in NY....But if you just keep it on the trailer and flush it after each use...or have a boat lift...then it can be do-able. I would not have an IO in Fla myself though and my next boat will definitely be OB powered.....been there done that....
