As you know it is winter here in Australia. Fortunately where I use our boat on the River Murray the winters are mild and pleasant, sunny winter days are common. Unfortunately it was a bit overcast for the camera on the day, but sit right back for a minute and take in a few of the sights on the River Murray downstream from Morgan.

This a picture of a restored paddle steamer. Originally it would have been steam powered but I believe it is now powered by a 5.0 litre V8 Ford motor.
Our H180 may not be as fast as some of the boats on this forum but everyone likes to go flat out every once in a while

This tree house always makes me smile. You wouldn't want to take the wrong door if you camped out one night

A well known landmark

A photo of yours truly with the cliffs at Pelican Point in the background. Cliffs like this are common along the length of the Murray River

The Admiral at the helm

7 months after buying our first new boat (and probably our last) we are still all smiles

Finally back at our block tied up at the landing looking at our pontoon through the windscreen

I took this photo from the bow of the boat by holding the camera in my outreached hand and snapped the shutter
Well I hope you enjoyed a few pics from the cruise
