Mine just had the manual switch. The 800 has the same size as the 500. If I went to the 1100, I was going to have to change the hose and then either do a step down at the exhaust point or put in a bigger exhaust. Since my boat is mostly on the trailer, I am just going to put in the 800.
West Marine had a kit with the 800 and a float for $39. Wouldn't you know they are out and the package deal is discontinued. So cost a bit more, but I am going to wire the float to the battery and then the 800 to the manual switch as I normally turn the batteries off.
