I have the Magma Catalina grill. A fathers day present from several years ago. Kind of pricey but well worth it. The mount is the pedestal mount from Magma as well. Both were bought locally. So I can't tell you where the best prices are.
The pole screws into the base and there is a mount much like the bottom of a cockpit table that attaches to the grill. It has a locking mechanism too, although I think it is a bit of overkill.
If you go to the magma grill site you can find installation instructions for the mount that will show you how it all works.
