Hey guys, I'm new here and was told by some friends to join, so here I am with my first thread! lol.
Anywho I have an 01 four winns 170le and it seems to have a lot of electric problems. For example, if I attach the fuse for the auto bilge, it just keeps running even though the boat has no water. The nav lights fuse pops when i turn the switch down but not up, and the speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge don't work.

I already tried replacing fuses but nothing, the bilge pump looks fine and the float isnt stuck, the fuel reader inside the fuel tank doesnt appear broken, yet none of these things are working correct. This all happened one year that my father decided to get this auto bilge feature installed. What could be possible issues? Could a faulty ground do this? I tried grounding the fuel gauge, AND putting a source of power to it, but it still says half full. The temp and volt gauge responded when i did this.

Looks like you might have a short or ground on your electrical system.
Grab a meter and start by removing the positive cable off the battery.
Check the volts and see if you have 12 volts. Then take all fuses out, and start with the main fuse in place. Take a reading off the battery to make sure you still have the same volts, if you do, start hooking up fuses one at a time and check the volts to see if it's ok. Example your gauge lights fuse in the turned off mode take a reading then turn the lights on and take a reading. This will help you to find the problem in your system.
Good luck
