Here is what I know.

The boat in the 2007 FW marketing stuff is that actual boat. So the pix I posted is the same boat Capt posted. The "insurance" part of the deal and why the boat is so "cheap" is I guess it was stolen from Michigan and recovered, unharmed, in Tennessee. The owner took the insurance and bought a new 310 before the boat was found. Once found, Halls got it back to resell once again. Clean, but historic, title for sure!

Looking at Capt. pictures again, my guess is it is in the back lot at Halls in Muskegon when they were taken. Nice new trailer under it now too!

Hmmm, the first car I ever bought was a Camaro that had been stolen, used in a bank robbery, recovered, and sold by the original owner's insurance company. That was a great car that I'll never forget. Maybe I should buy that boat...
