Anything new on this?
I finally got out my '05 catalog tonight (read: it was in the way of something I needed to get to, so I stopped and looked). I'll be damned, I'd never even heard of a 280 but you're right, it's in there. The seating looks to be heavy on the starboard side, but otherwise I really like that layout. For a minority of situations that kind of boat could be just the thing (I loved the 310 when I looked at it), but I don't think most people would be happy in the long run with a permanently slipped bow rider, or one that requires an F-450 to tow.
