Hand squeeze every hose and wiggle every belt hard to make sure they're not dry rotted. If there's any gas in there you have to take it out. Undo the coil lead and let it crank over a few times to get everything lubricated before attempting to start. Use the battery as a core to buy a new one, it's a gonner.
If it was stored with the drive up and not down for 2 years, go ahead and save money to replace the drive bellow and do it ASAP. It's not going to last long once it sees use again.
The engine oil was replaced when it was winterized... you think I should still change it since it hasn't been on the water since?
