My guess it's the same problem I had.
http://www.smwebhead.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7584Turned out to be quite a PITA to fix even with an empty gas tank.
This totally makes sense. I just tore mine apart today to see what was going on. (2006 H230) I had done coat hangers and compressed air through the ski locker with minimal improvement. Thinking the same thing as others in the linked thread, that there was a 90 deg turn in there somewhere, I knew I had to get at the fuel tank. I got mine slid back about 6 inches, but really need to pull it up to clean underneath. Just by feeling around I got the impression that foam tape was used to 'pad' the bottom and it is now all completely compressed. PVC trim boards sound like an excellent solution.
Getting the remainder of fuel out is turning into a job. I need a pump (not a hand pump, please!) to crank through about 15 gallons...
