Hey everyone. After owning a tracker fishing boat we decided to start looking for a boat more comforatable for 4 or 6 people to cruise around in. I kept a look out for most of the summer and finally found a 96 190 Horizon with a 5.0 liter a couple weeks ago. It's in fantastic condition inside and out with credit going to the two previous owners who always kept it inside. It also came with a wake board tower and a few other goodies. Not being familiar with pleasure boats I was lucky to have a good friend that is a boat mechanic go with me on a test drive. He looked at several things I wouldn't have thought to look at and the boat passed is inspection with flying colors. In fact he said if I didn't buy the boat to let him know cause he would buy it. Now I just want to put a few hours on it before it gets winterized for the year. I will be a long winter I guess waiting for a weekend to take it out again.

Congratulations, and welcome to the forum. Sounds like you found a nice boat. Where will you use it?

Yep, my bass tracker was a great fishing boat, I'll miss it. We are taking the new boat out this afternoon for it's maiden voyage, with us anyway. Kinda want to put at least 3 hours on it and learn the boat a bit. Then I'll probably get it serviced and put away for the year. Weekends are busy and bowhunting is just around the corner. Somethings got to give.
