Primarily Lake Michigan out of Holland or Port Sheldon. We do spend some time in Grand Haven, especially during Coast Guard Festival.

Smith Mountain Lake near Roanoke, Va. 22,00 acres of deep, clear water. We built a dock and put in the boat lift this year. Our new boat will be nestled in there in a month or so. The house construction comes later. We have our priorities straight.

Lake Michigan for me. I live in WI but I'm about 2 hours away from Menominee MI. Would like to keep my boat at the marina down there but not really in my budget. It's about 18 miles across the bay to Door Co. Cool place! Anyway, I'm new to boating "big water" so it should be interesting.

Spend a lot of my time on Lake Superior when the weather is good. If waves are over 2 feet, makes for not a very enjoyable ride. If not there, we use the numerous chain of lakes in the Western Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Northeastern Wisconsin.

Lake Tenkiller in Oklahoma for me. Its 80 miles from my house but its beautiful. If not there, I go to Lake Skiatook. Its about 30 miles from where I am. On occasion I go to Beaver Lake in Arkansas for week trips. Its about a 3 hour drive but unbelievable lake.

We went to Beaver lake in 2008 for a week. Rented a house on vrbo.co
It was a great time. Beautiful water!

Ive never seen clearer water.. Especially if you go back into the inlets and outlets of the lake.. Water gets super cold from the northern waters and you can see 20 feet down. Unbelievable.

New guy here.

I got my 95 190 Horizon with 5.0 SX drive last year. I bought it in Dallas and have really enjoyed it. I live in N Louisiana and boat at Lake Claiborne (a pretty small lake) that is about 15 miles from my house. My mom has a place there and we store it there so it makes it really convenient.

I was looking at spending a week at Beaver lake this summer, but ended up finding a rental at Table rock (vrbo).

By the way, been lurking for a while and this is a really nice site!

Welcome! You'll love Table Rock, though it might be a little rough in a 190 if you're there during a busy or holiday week. What part of the lake will you be staying on?

Post some pics of your boat!

Here is a link to some of my pics.

The place we've rented is on a small cove on the Branson end of the lake. Its south of the 86 bridge and just north of the Arkansas line. The home owner said it is really pretty quiet down this far south. Heres HOPIN'

It is pretty quiet down in there. One of our favorite places to tube is a big cove just south of the AR line. We've spent whole days there and not seen another boat.
