I think if you have a plastic tank that is not moving, the chances of it leaking are pretty much zero.

Thanks rpengr. It would be a pain in the butt if the tank would not slide out. I am going to check all the places everyone has suggested and then maybe replace each fuel line one by one and check in between.

Everything seems tight. No broken parts. Sender is tight, but found this on the main fuel supply line. Would these allow fuel to leak? Seems like it is on the outer covering. Either way I am replacing it and the vent hose.

The rusty discoloration at the cracks suggests to me that it is leaking. you can't go wrong replacing anyhow.

As soon as I saw that I figured it was probably the culprit. Everything else seems tight and no signs of any markings (not sure fuel leaves a mark).

It certainly could be. Evaporated fuel sometimes leaves a stain but it can be hard to see. After you are done, try towing it around to slosh the fuel and then jump in and sniff all around. I did this when I was looking for the odor in mine. I took out the back seat and hatch and then went the gas station and filled it 3/4 full. Towed it around with the bow and cockpit covers on and stopped jumped in and sniffed. Its not a bad idea to do that every few years just to be on the safe side, and to make sure all the hose clamps are tight.
