He said they're gonna pull up carpet and all wood on the floor, replace the cross members then recover and carpet. Marine grade plywood etc etc. To be honest I am not too worried about the particulars , I know this sets off alarm bells for many DIY'rs on the forum and that's ok, I have a comfort level and a price point with this boat that so far has served me well. If it sank tomorrow I would still feel good about my purchase. I know for a fact (If I were on this forum earlier) I would have been talked out of this boat 3 years ago when I picked it up, only knowing that it floated, had an engine and was a Four Winns....I got very lucky... I have learned a lot and had a lot of fun, and most importantly learned what I want and don't want on my next used boat. This fix will help it look a little better, keep any jumping kids from putting a foot through the floor, and allow me to spend my winter shoveling snow, camping with my kids and going to work which I do a whole lot better than interior work on boats. If I can make a deal on a trailer it will come with me to Lake George next summer otherwise it will teach the kids how to get up on one ski next season...assuming I can reinstall the drive correctly

I really do appreciate the comments and learn a lot from this forum and others like it....don't judge me too hard for going cheap on the interior rehab....
