So it goes like this...

Spare time, a few beers and being a mechanical engineer should explain it.

Probably overkill but I had a bad experience on the first outing and don't have the patience for a so-so solution. Could have tightened the nose roller set but it seemed like not a very robust design to fool-proof the loading.

Did I mention I like making stuff - welding is fun!

Seems like a solution thats clever as he!!. Even better if you can eliminate the an accessory tool from the equasion - but still have a way to relieve the tension to get the pin out. Then send the images to FW so we can get it on future models and maybe you could get something for the design work as well.

I have no idea if this helps....but before I load I rotate the rollers so the bottom roller is pushed down/rotated as far as it can go. I think this helps get the bow eye over the bottom roller.

Finding the sweet spot on trailer depth is also key. If it's not just right you're not getting it on the trailer.

This is what we tend to do also... As for the trailer in the water I tend to just burry all the bunks so that they are all under water and it seems to work fine for me ... I am able to walk the boat up with a rope , hook up the strap and winch it all the way up ......

I will say our first 5 times out we had the same problems getting the boat on , and getting it on straight .. Hope you figure it out !!!! :D
