Like Paul, I use our doors in combination with the bow cover in the Spring and Fall but in the summer we just close the doors on the run home and then I put the canvas on once we are tied up and the others have already headed home.

Hey Shawn-

I priced these doors out for a fellow ifourwinns member last week. Your cost for the doors and all of the bits and pieces comes to $396.44. I can get you a quote on shipping with a zip code. It’s not a normally stocked item, will take approx. 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. Give a call if you want to order, we have somebody here from 8 to 5 Monday to Saturday. Thanks!

This is one thing I do want to get, but ouch! $400.00!! This might have to wait until next year.

I wonder what the difference was 350 for farleywilbur and the 396 (from Winnisquam?).

Interesting.

That's 400 bucks well spent for having great protection in cool weather spring boating.

Would you see 400 bucks in resale value with these? absolutely not.

Tough choice.

And likely for walk through doors for your 210. I wonder if the doors for a 210 are the same as those for a 200?

Wonder why we are getting different prices from the same place? I priced out the flag pole and mount also a while back and it was more than that. Can't remember exact amount, but more. Should be the smae for you boat and mine I would think. The door I can see maybe being a little different.

I am wondering if the 349 included all the brackets/hinges/screws/do-dads that you would need?

Hmm.

Regardless... 350-400 is worth it for personal comfort. No doubt there.

Can't help but wish that it was a $199 dollar upgrade though! If it was, it wouldn't be boating related!

That price does include screws, shims, etc.

Worth every penny to keep us more comfortable on those chilly days. The season is short enough here in Ontario as it is!

farleywilbur sold me on these. Grand Sport told me that the walk through doors are the same for 190, 200, and 210 models - don't know how much I trust this bit of info, it seemed to be 'off the cuff'. I was quoted $379, and talked them down to $350. Still very much an ouch. At least they're having FW ship direct to me.

Ordered mine Wednesday, they arrived today Friday. Man, that was fast! The package says Doors, Walk-Thru 190 "05", but Paul over in FW parts verified this is correct for the 200.

Suddenly I can't wait for the big thaw.

Hey guys,

Ryan at Winnisquam here.

We are finding that sometimes just looking the parts up on the Four Winns Parts Selector that we use doesn't get everything that is needed. The quotes were different prices because one of them didn't have all the parts that were needed to install the doors. I now have the guys emailing Four Winns on most parts questions to have a parts list emailed to us so that we have exactly what we need and we don't run into different prices or not getting all the parts that are needed. This can sometimes take longer, but we won't run into issues like this. I was also figuring our pricing to ifourwinns members as a discount off Four Winns Retail price. I have found retail price to be not the same margin on all parts and I am switching the guys over to a percentage over cost. I have found that different parts guys/girls at the factory actually sometimes use a different formula to figure Retail Price from Cost. This will take care of the different pricing we sometimes came up with on the same parts like the Flag Pole... I never thought of these things right off, but I will make sure they are corrected.

I want to do everything I can to earn the trust and business of ifourwinns members for parts, accessories and whatever else is Four Winns that member may want. There has been a learning curve for us as I train the guys to help respond to ifourwinns parts requests. I wish I could respond to every request but I have found that I need help as I am running around selling boats and managing the marina. We now have an additional full time parts guy and this should allow us to sell these items much easier and quicker. If anyone has any questions or concerns just send an email to myself (Ryan) at ifourwinns@winnisquammarine.com and I will make sure to take care of whatever it is...

Thanks and let us know what we can do for you...

Thanks Ryan for clearing this up. I was wondering what pricing method you use. I run a parts department for forklifts parts and we always use a percentage over cost. It seems to be the most effective way of making sure all our guys price things the same.

I wonder if I can fit some doors on my 88 Horizon 200.
