I really appreciate everyone's feedback. You guys are great. Several excellent points. Just posting this and allowing myself time to think and read the replies has validated my gut feeling and that is to repair the scratches and then maybe later add graphics, just depends, but if I add graphics the primary reason will be b/c I want graphics, not to cover a scratch. I will mention that I am going to have my registration numbers replaced with ones that look much better.
