That'll work.

Oh, one other thing. Does it have dual batteries? In '06 the factory location for them was to have both on the starboard side. As a result many 240's have/had a starboard list due to the imbalance created by having two heavy batteries, the fresh water tank, the stereo components, and the captain's fat a$$ (in my case) all on that side. The fix is to move the batteries over to the port side.
Looking at the pics again - I see it has the obligatory bent side guides on the trailer (not a problem), but I also see a bent fender - what happened there and more importantly is anything else damaged?
OK, one really last thing. That boat probably still has the original batteries and trailer tires which will all be due for replacement at the end of this season or shortly thereafter. Just trying to give you more to bargain with.

The trailer is a little jacked. Taking it to the water this last weekend allowed me to see how he treated it. Nothing major, just lack of knowledge. He literally threw the boat in water..a little too deep in my opinion. So the story as he told it was as he was loading it on a windy day it sort of got knocked around, but there's nothing wrong with the boat and it has checked out with a surveyor. We are meeting tomorrow to see how much it'll take to fix the trailer and we are going to take that amount off the overall price.
Batteries were shot when we met to take it to the mechanic so he replaced one, which I will in turn put another one in there.
I appreciate all the advise. Keep it coming with questions!
