Hey Krowe, good to see another fellow wakeboarder in a four winns, i like your ride, can you post some more pics. My Brother in law also has a thing for Red Boats and we are trying to get him ot look at a FW as well. your boat might just push him over the edge...

I enjoy both, i find that the wake behind the 210 is a bit of a ramp when you are slashing across it with the the good ol HO Phantom, its a bit like wake boarding anyway  The wake is good enough to board behind but it is no where near the malibu or Tige, However you cant chase the whales in a Malibu so i reckon we have teh best of both worlds...

Starfish ,Will have many happy snaps available very soon . In the process of planning our yearly trip on the Hawkesbury River , i just cant wait :D . 5 days of watersports , bring it on .

The FW wake may not match the malibu and mastercraft but the ability to use the big red beast in many situations makes it an ideal choice for our family.

I see that a lot of your photos you have posted are in the mackay region , i used to live there 4 years ago and forgot how great the area is  .

Yep the flexability is great, here are a few pics of our day at Day Dream Island on the weekend just gone. The wind was a solid 20kts and the Whitsunday passage was pretty much al white water. There were som pretty big waves, the old four winns is extremely capable in rough water but man i had some serious spray in my eyes this trip.

For all those FW owners in Victoria, looks like JV Marine in Braeside and Laverton has been appointed a FW reseller alongside Fleet Marine.... JV are promoting the 2010 range of FW boats and expecting their first delivery of 35 boats about now.

May be a bit of competition in the market for a change - I know I got gouged last service which did not make me happy at all.

Thats great now I dont have to tow the boat all the way from stkilda marina to fleet marine. I can just tow it to the laverton location and get it serviced there. Thanks for letting me know Alec.

Now that boating season is in full swing we will be using the boat just about every weekend. Cant wait for the water to warm up so we can use the inflatables.

Enjoy your boating season

Jackal, your Day Dream Island pictures are great. Beautiful water and landscape. Do you do most of your boating in salt water? What is your method of flushing the salt after use and has the salt affected any of the stainless or aluminum trim?

No probs Peter. Hope to see you out on the bay this summer - away for the next couple of weeks, but should be back in the water again the last week of the month.

I was just thinking that if JV bought 35 boats at say an average price of $30K, that's a million bucks. No wonder FW were keen to appoint another dealer in these tough economic times. A million $ order is nothing to sneeze at.

Got out on the water on Sunday. The water was as flat as glass. Went down to half moon bay and anchored there for the day then made our way back to stkilda. Couldn't have asked for a better day. Planing to go down to rye soon with the boat for a day. Alec I keep seeing a four winns like yours bay but I'm not sure its you. Getting out this weekend as well to enjoy this Melbourne weather.
