I would think that a 2001 H210 would be worth $10k to $12.5K in excellent condition with base 5.7L 250HB Carb engine. Add more for higher horsepower. Add more for galvanized trailer. Subtract a lot for bad vinyl, engine corrosion, or wet structural wood.
If it has the VDO Gage Cluster (all gauges in one automotive type panel), then search this forum for "VDO".
While I have been happy with my VDO gauges, many others have had problems and replaced them with conventional round gauges.
You can buy a full set of Faria round gauges for about $250, however, you also need to fabricate a panel to mount them in (search "VDO Replacement). I would not make the VDO gauges a deal breaker, but if they are not working, don't expect an easy fix.
The H210 is a very roomy boat that fits a lot of people. Much like my H240 except lacking the 3' where they put the Head and extra storage locker.
