I have a 2004 H200 four winns and am a new boat owners. Can you explain to me how to wash the engine after every use

I assume that you mean "flush" the engine after each use.
Unless you are in salt or brackish water, you shouldn't need to flush it after each use.

But if you want to, get a set of dual inlet water ears and turn the water on before running the engine (with the drive down). If you boat in brackish or salt it will definitely help.
