Hello all! First post....but just placed an order for a new Horizon 180 with the slx and lx package powered by a 150 Evinrude eTec! I did a lot of research and this is by far the best outboard powered boat in its class! I'm very excited and am looking forward to participating on this forum! I have a go pro hero 3 so upon arrival I will get videos up of the acceleration and the eTec v6! :mrgreen:

That's a great engine choice. I was a Yami fan for decades, but I have switched gears back to the Evinrude E-Tec as the outboard of choice.

That boat with a 150 hp 2 stroke will be a very good performer due to the light weight of the OB and better torque of the 2 stroke. Post up some pix when you get it.....
