My 2007 Four Winns 220 Horizon with 300HP Merc is down. Last week I had thrown my belt and discovered that the pulley shaft from the seawater pump was sliding in and out. From videos I have found on line, it looks easy to replace, but my question is what else could have been damaged and where do I find parts? Thanks for your help, woody 220 |

I had this exact thing happen to me on that exact motor. 350 MAG MPI? If so, check out my thread on it: http://www.smwebhead.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=6071 Bad news: you've got to replace the entire seawater pump and it is not covered under any factory or extended warranty because it is considered a "wear/maintenance item."
