Hello all! I am a new owner of a used 2004 Four Winns Horizon 210 with a Volvo Penta with just over 200 hours and I love this rig!

I have had a few cosmetic issues that I need to address and I hope ya'll can help. First issue to tackle is sourcing and replacing the rear starboard side exhaust/blower cover. We're guessing that when a boat guest jumped off to the side for a swim they apparently used the side of the boat for leverage and the pressure ripped it right off the boat. Unfortunately by the time we realized this happened it was long gone.

So now the hunt for a replacement is underway.

Any help pointing me in the right direction to source one is greatly appreciated!

Russ

I think I remember seeing those available for my boat here:

When you do get a replacement part, check how securely the mounting studs are bonded to it. I had to remove the original covers on my boat a few years ago. The covers on mine had not been surface abraded before the adhesive was applied to the very smooth surface and the studs fell off rather too easily !! Plus the was almost no overlap of the adhesive around/ over the base plates of the studs. In one case, undoing the nut was enough to easily dislodge the stud. .

Even if they appear well bonded, I'd be tempted to abrade around that area and apply more epoxy adhesive there and over the baseplate of the stud. You don't want your new part flying off !
