The glove box door on the 06 right under the remote. The GREATEST driver glove box ever. The door just fell of in the floor. Anyone else have this happen?? |

Not that, but there have been lots of posts (and my own experience backs it up) that after the first year or two you need to go all over the boat and tighten up every screw and nut. |

I've tightened every nut bolt and screww on this thing. The glue came loose and screws stripped out of the door itself.

I took my boat up to NH for three days and some of the screws and bolts came loose on mine too. Thats the first time its been in rough water so all that bouncing must have loosened them up |

Same here.... most amusing was the loose steering wheel and the throttle that kept almost coming off. ![]() Ernie |

Hey Ernie, don't you know, that's why you're supposed to keep a pair of vice grips in the boat, they make a great makeshift steering wheel ![]() |

Yeah, my boat has seen less than 20 hours, and I've already had a few bolts drop. So far it's been from the helm seats, the Sunlounger seats, and one that doesn't tighten in the helm assembly itself. Still, the thing that really got me was a 1/2" brass threaded plug I found in the bilge when replacing my bilge pump - I sure hope that was dropped during boat assembly! |
