I needed to clean my gas tank and replace my filler, vent and fuel lines so while I was at it I ordered a new filler cap and vent. The old ones were pretty beat. I definitely like this look much more...

That makes a huge difference. Keep posting the improvements. What boat model do you have?

Very nicely done! Adds a rich look compared to the old plastic items. I've got a couple of vents to replace with stainless steel versions, as well. Hoping for as nice a look as you've achieved. :)

So I got the boat fired up for the first time this year on the hose. That went great and she fired up without any issues (no leaks, etc.).

What I did find was this bow grip/bar is loose and I cannot for the life of me see how to get access to the bolts on the inside. I don't have huge arms but there is now way to get there from the hole under the bow seats.

Help?

It's a '94 H180.

There is probably access holes behind that upholstery pad, but that still means you need to reach up from below to remove the nuts holding the pad. Have you tried to get a your camera back there to see what's behind there?

That upholstery looks really good for a 1994 boat. Is it original?

It is original and in pretty good shape for its age. I think the PO kept it covered when not in use so it didn't see too much abuse from the weather.

I will have to try to take the seat backings off and see what is going on up there. Thanks!

Made a temporary gas gage since I determined my sender was good and the issue is with my vdo dash gage itself. We boat on a smaller lake so we don't even think about running out of gas.
